Newel takes head leases on Melbourne properties and operates them as short-stay accommodation. We pay the rent whether the property is occupied or not; that’s the whole business, so we only lease properties we’re confident we can run well for years.
We don’t manage properties for a fee and we don’t sell anything to owners. If we lease your property, our money is on the line before yours ever is.
